Twig globals

The Starter Pack bundle prepends a set of twig globals that allows:

developers to quickly add a little bit of configuration to the layout
storing attributes configuration in a frontend framework agnostic way (thanks to the mapping parameter accepted by get_block_attribute method)

By customizing Starter Pack globals in config/packages/twig.yaml

will result in a complete override of these configs (no merge).
